RateGain is system I have been using for a few years now and I always find the intelligence this tools bring to the table insightful and effective. You need to manage the information daily, like any other software platform, to get the most out of your investment. The new addition of Guest Experience I have yet to try out, but in theory the concepts sounds great!

RoomRaccoon is one of my favourites and ideal for smaller properties. They offer a All-In-One solution, which is user friendly and serves its purpose well. The recent spade of enhancements that was made are evident to the passion this team has for their product. I especially like the direct integration with the big OTA’s, their booking engine and this PMS is the only one that I have come across that has a yield functionality that can be very effective in revenue optimisation is used properly.

CloudOne offers 2 great products. I have been priviledge to have observe an installation of TallOrder, their Point of Sale, for one of the business F&B Outlet properties I know. The process was executed with care and nothing was too much for them. I love personal touches like these. The second product is digital signage - for all those conference boards and/or notices around the property, why not make it super professional.

They have a closed membership audience, meaning that rates sold to their client base does not affect parity. The best part though, is that they have a large domestic audience that are accustomed to a certain level of product and when you get listed here you get exposure to this entire marketing group and you get instant perceived value. Like with any other online platform once the customer stays with you, you get an opportunity to build a direct relationship with the customer. The team is just marvelous to work with.
